This page describes what this website collects and what happens to it. It is short because the site does very little.
What we collect
The only information this site collects is what you type into the quote request form: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, town, the service you are asking about, and your message. Nothing else on the site asks you for personal information.
Why we collect it
To call you back about the work you asked about. That is the only reason.
What we do with it
Your request is stored in this website’s own database and sent to us by email. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Tracking
This site runs no advertising trackers, no analytics pixels and no social media tracking. Fonts are served from this website rather than from a third party, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited. WordPress, the software this site runs on, sets a cookie only if you log in to the administration area.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept as business records so we can look up work we have quoted or performed. If you would like your request deleted, call us and we will remove it.
